Ms. Wolf, of the NJ BPU: Office of Cable Television & Telecommunication (OCTV&T’) manages the statewide Municipal Assistance Program which assists the 564 municipalities with NJ cable television franchise process. The program provides education on policy and technical issues, regarding cable television [including PEG].  Additional personal experience includes 35+ years as an elected official, zoning board member and active OEM trained volunteer. Her areas of expertise includes NJ municipal government and administration. Please note that Ms. Wolf has hands on experience with PEG as she also trained as a camera volunteer for PCTC
