When looking to tell a compelling story – editing is imperative. Pacing, sound design, selection of video and music – can help to make or break any piece you’re looking to produce. During this panel, we will talk with ESPN Associate Producer Joshua Vorensky who talks about finding the right NAT moments, to truly bring the viewer into the subject’s world. We will talk with ESPN Lead Post Production Editor Diego Martini who will discuss the importance of pacing especially for important and sensitive topics. And finally, composer Paul Moessi will detail the process of scoring original music as the edit is taking place. There is a distinct difference in finding vs creating the right music. We will discuss the full process involved, how it can dictate the video you select and how having a clear vision is key.
