Jesse Lerman co-founded Princeton Server Group (PSG) in 2003 as President & Chief Executive Officer with the vision of lowering the cost and simplifying digital video appliances and systems by leveraging the rapid advances in the PC industry. After Princeton Server Group was acquired by TelVue Corporation in 2007, Jesse assumed the responsibilities of Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the combined companies and was subsequently appointed President & CEO. Prior to PSG, Lerman was Director of Software at Video-On-Demand (VOD) pioneer, DIVA Systems Corporation, where he led the commercial release of three generations of high-performance, low latency media server software products and large-scale VOD systems for the cable market. Video servers developed by Lerman’s team served over two million subscribers of AT&T (now Comcast), Charter, and Insight’s cable television systems, making DIVA the VOD market leader. Lerman’s professional engineering career began at Sarnoff Real Time Corporation. He was one of the original members of Sarnoff Real-time’s development team that commercialized the Princeton Engine technology for VOD and deployed the first VOD system in a Motorola head-end. Lerman holds seven U.S. patents in Video-on-Demand and video servers. Jesse graduated with honors from Princeton University, where he received his degree in Electrical Engineering.
Randy Visser has been working with video technology since the early 1980’s. His professional experience includes teaching media at the post-secondary level, producing content for a variety of clients in both the public and private sector, designing and integrating advanced video systems including remote and field engineering. Randy has traveled the world both as a Community Media Ambassador and as a broadcast video engineer working in China, Indonesia, Brazil and throughout North America. He holds a Masters degree in Education. Randy currently works as as a national Sales Engineer for Cablecast Community Media.
Rush Beesley has been a technology pioneer since the early 1970s, developing solutions that include broadcast automation, video and audio production and post-production, and animation systems. He is currently founder and president of RUSHWORKS, a technology development company focusing on automation systems for broadcast, cable and OTT, as well as an expanding line of robotics for single-operator video production. The company’s diverse and versatile product folio targets multiple global market sectors, including network, full-power and low-power broadcasters, visual radio stations, Internet media-casting, corporate communications, PEG channels, houses of worship, digital signage, and news and sports.
Industry veteran Bob Duthaler‘s experience includes work for MTV Networks, Fox, NBC, and Comedy Channel. He has developed over a dozen TV game shows, worked on Comedy specials for HBO, Showtime and Lifetime Network, and developed the talk show “Never Too Late”, hosted by Dr. Ruth Westhiemer. He earned the “Game Show of the Year” ACE Award for “Turn It Up”, a musical trivia game show for MTV. In 2002, Duthaler founded his production company, Duke Multimedia. Past and present municipal clients include Bloomfield, Metuchen, Sparta, Saddle Brook, Montclair, City of Summit and Summit HomeTowne TV. He is currently the managing partner of DNS Media Group, which operates and consults for several municipal television channels. Productions overseen by Duke have earned 8 Telly Awards, and PEG Stations under Duthaler’s guidance have won over ten JAM Video Awards, which recognize excellence and outstanding video for local access television. Duthaler is again the Chairmen of the Board of Trustees and President for Jersey Access Group, a statewide organization representing New Jersey’s local channels, after serving as the organization’s president from 2003-2013. He is also the Chairperson of the New Jersey Chapter of NATOA (National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors), and a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (The Emmys). He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University.
