Randy Visser has been working with video technology since the early 1980’s. His professional experience includes teaching media at the post-secondary level, producing content for a variety of clients in both the public and private sector, designing and integrating advanced video systems including remote and field engineering. Randy has traveled the world both as a Community Media Ambassador and as a broadcast video engineer working in China, Indonesia, Brazil and throughout North America. He holds a Masters degree in Education. Randy currently works as as a national Sales Engineer for Cablecast Community Media.

Ray Tiley has been with Tightrope since 2009. Typically can be found in Maine doing some dev stuff in Ember. His hobbies include scrapbooking, collecting yearbooks and building model railroads. He also climbs rocks.
